- Tamara Fogel was born in Leningrad Russia May 30, 1941.
- Emigrated to the United States in 1995, began painting 1998 using Emotionalism/Surrealism style.
- 17 exhibitions, 3 solo exhibitions in NYC.
- Painting sold at the 2012 Annual Petroushka Ball Auction for the Russian Children's Welfare Society.
- Featured in Russian newspapers and on Russian TV.
- Artworks purchased by private collectors and appreciated by a wide variety of people.
- Current exhibition features artwork from 2011 to 2016 after Tamara contracted Wet-Age Macular Degeneration becoming legally blind.
